The S&L Materials, Inc. 520 Plant is a leading producer of soil cement, stabilizer, and shell in Central Florida. Our sand and shell materials are available for sale in raw aggregate form and are also utilized in the production of our soil cement mix which meets the 270–5.4 FDOT Strength Testing Specification. Our unique soil cement mix design allows us to offer an efficient, high-quality product to our clients for use in various applications as a subbase aggregate in the construction of roadways. In accordance with company policy, our plant adheres to stringent safety guidelines and procedures to maintain compliance with the federal regulations of the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA).
